Q: How long can a unit be rented?

A: All units are available on a month-to-month basis that is renewable as long as you require storage.

Q: What hours do I have access?

A: The Storage Yard customers can access their units 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Q: What are the dimensions of the doors on the units?

A: Door sizes vary according to the dimensions of the unit. Larger units have larger entryways. For more information about door sizes, please contact us directly.

Q: Can large trucks or vans maneuver your storage grounds?

A: Yes. We offer ample turning room for large vehicles.

Q: How can I learn about upcoming specials and discounts?

Q: What if my payment is late?

A: Late Fees: 
      •At the close of business on the 5th day of the month: $10
      •At the close of business on the 15th day of the month, an additional $15
      •On the last day of the month, an additional $30
      •If the amount due is not paid by the 32nd day, gate access will be deactivated, and there will be a $10 fee to reactivate it.
    Other Fees:
      •Auction Fee: $50
      •Auction Inventory Fee: $50
      •Lock Cut Fee: $10 for padlock, $25 for disk lock, $50 for cylinder lock
      •Cleaning Fee (when unit is left with items in it): $50
      •Dumpster Fee: (any use of the dumpster) $50 minimum

If you are past due by 42 days on your monthly payment, your unit will be overlocked, and you will be charged a $10 Overlock Fee.  Notice of auction proceding will be mailed at 47 days.  At this point, only full payment of balance due will stop auction procedings.  Auction will be held the last Saturday of each month.  Contact customer service for details.
